Orders

Sending an order form is a request, not a payment. An order is confirmed when we contact you, confirm price and availability, and receive payment.

Prices are shown in the currency of your selected region. If a price on the website is wrong we tell you before taking payment.

Boxes and accessories are dispatched after payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.

Live TV and app content depend on your internet connection and on third-party providers, and may change over time.
