Yes. Your phone and your Cruze TV box must be on the same home Wi-Fi network (not a guest Wi-Fi).

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. On Android you can install it with one tap; on iPhone use Share → Add to Home Screen.

On your Cruze TV Home screen, next to the time. Scan it once and your TV is saved on your phone.

The remote does not open — what can I do?
